Women fake orgasm, men fake relationships! Ha! I have to agree with Bobby, it boils down to communication because then the entire relationship can become fake. If women do that to boost our egos, get it over with(yawn), or even pity, then when does it end? Can you then blame men for faking like he is listening just to comfort your feelings? Fake it till we make it, right?

It can only go on for so long until a clear, precise communication has to erupt and only then can true satisfaction and fireworks come to both parties. As a man, I’d want my lover to inform me if what I am doing is good, bad, right or wrong. I would rather be let down and told outright than think that I’m the greatest; in the end you are not helping, by faking.
